Job Description :

As an HR Generalist with Recruitment Experience, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions, You will utilize your expertise in HR analytics, payroll software, and grievance handling to support the HR department and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with different departments to ensure effective HR practices and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience (4-5 years) as an HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and experience with HR analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software and understanding of payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of grievance management and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated skills in salary negotiation and compensation analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in India.

Roles & Responsibilities : 
  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
  2. HR Analytics:
    • Utilize HR analytics tools to track and analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights.
    • Generate reports on various HR activities, including recruitment, turnover, and employee engagement.
    • Identify trends and areas for improvement based on analytical findings.
  3. Payroll & Compensation:
    • Administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries.
    • Manage payroll software, resolve discrepancies, and handle related queries.
    • Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
  4. Grievance Management:
    • Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Maintain records of grievances and resolutions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  5. Salary Negotiation:
    • Support salary negotiations with potential candidates and current employees.
    • Provide guidance on compensation strategies and practices to align with organizational goals and market standards.
  6. General HR Functions:
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Support employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.
    • Manage employee records and maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
